Swara

 

The gods were headed by Swaróg whose wife was Swara, the quick-tempered goddes of fire and heat. As beautiful, unpredictable and menacing as flames.

She was the deity of funeral pyres, as she was able to turn any living creature and object into fiery dust with a mere touch. Swara’s strength and will could not be tamed, and no one could escape her wrath.
